Mealey's begins Thimerosal & Vaccines report.


Last month we reported mat Mealey's was keeping up its pace of launching a new litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. The act or process of bringing a lawsuit in and of itself; a judicial contest; any dispute.

Marketing manager Lex Daniele said, "One of the hottest areas in drug product liability litigation today concerns the use of thimerosal in vaccines. A number of lawsuits have been filed across the country regarding this mercury-containing preservative. These lawsuits assert a variety of resulting illnesses, the most prominent or which is autism autism (ô`tĭzəm), developmental disability resulting from a neurological disorder that affects the normal functioning of the brain. It is characterized by the abnormal development of communication skills, social skills, and reasoning. ."

The new monthly report- priced at $800/year-covers recently filed lawsuits, the latest unearthed Unearthed is the name of a Triple J project to find and "dig up" (hence the name) hidden talent in regional Australia.
