McNAir Named President of OakTree Health Plan.

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 7, 1999--

OakTree Health Plan, a Philadelphia-based subsidiary of Health Risk Management, Inc. (Nasdaq:HRMI HRMI Human Resources Management Information (UK) ) announced today that Gerald L. McNair has been appointed president effective September 1, 1999.

Previously, McNair served as president and chief executive officer of Americaid of New Jersey, Inc., an HMO that served the Medicaid population in Newark, NJ. In this role, he grew this start-up HMO to 15,000 members in eighteen months. McNair has also held executive positions with Aetna Professional Management Corporation, Travelers Managed Care System and INOVA Health Systems.

A native of Boston, McNair holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and an M.P.H. in Hospital Administration from Yale University. McNair succeeds Adele Kimpell, executive vice president of HRM, who was named acting president of OakTree Health Plan earlier this summer during the search for a president. Kimpell will continue with her current responsibilities at OakTree Health Plan and aid in the transition through the fall.
