McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Co., St. Louis is being awarded a not to exceed $20,190,000 undefinitized letter contract for the development, integration, testing and delivery of the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) unique planning component and SLAM-ER software configuration set 19C for the Stand-off Land Attack Missile - Expanded Response (SLAM-ER) weapon system. Work will be performed in St. Louis and is to be completed by September 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity (N00019-02-C-3212).
