McCoy v. Goord, 255 F.Supp.2d 233 (S.D.N.Y. 2003). A former inmate brought a pro se [section] 1983 action against 26 officials and employees of a state corrections department, alleging that his constitutional rights were violated while he was incarcerated incarcerated /in·car·cer·at·ed/ (in-kahr´ser-at?ed) imprisoned; constricted; subjected to incarceration.
