McAlear Promoted to Account Supervisor at Focused Image.

FALLS CHURCH, Va. -- Focused Image Inc., an advertising and marketing communications agency based in Northern Virginia, announced today that Rebecca McAlear has been promoted to Account Supervisor.

McAlear was previously a Senior Account Executive with Focused Image and has eight years of experience in the advertising industry.

"Over the past year, Rebecca has played an instrumental role in the support and development of several new major client relationships," says Toby Eckhardt, CEO and President of Focused Image. In September, the agency was selected as AOR by The Century Council.

Since joining the agency in 2004, McAlear has managed the launch of major branding programs and promotional campaigns for clients including Centurum, EADS North America (Euronext:EAD, FWB:EAD), Razorsight, SOME (So Others Might Eat) and WorldSpace Satellite Radio (NASDAQ:WRSP).

Before joining Focused Image, McAlear was an Account Executive at HCD Advertising in Washington and managed a national, multi-million dollar advertising account for one of the country's leading fast food retailers, Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits, a division of AFC Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ:AFCE). She managed TV, print and radio advertising as well as marketing programs for New York, Washington, and multiple regional markets. McAlear also played a key role in developing and maintaining corporate relationships with partners such as the Washington Redskins and the Children's National Medical Center.

A native of New Orleans, La., McAlear began her advertising and marketing career there as an intern at Peter Mayer Advertising, one of the city's most prestigious firms. It's here that she began her work for Popeyes, a client of PMA at the time, assisting the account team in coordinating local marketing programs and supporting daily client requests.

McAlear has a B.S. from Villanova University in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and currently resides in Washington, DC. She is an active member of the Junior League of Washington, which supports many community events and charitable organizations. McAlear is Chair of the JL's "PR Tossed and Found" Subcommittee and a member of its Teen Life Club, for which she helps organize seasonal social events for underprivileged teens.
