Maytag Corp.
NAA/NSC member Maytag Corp. announced it has named Vitas A. Stukas
Vice President and Controller, a new position. Stukas was promoted from
the corporation's Hoover floor care division, where he had served
as Vice President of Finance for the division. Stukas will have
responsibility for the corporation's financial reporting, internal
audit and tax functions. Stukas jointed the corporation's floor
care division in Canada Canada (kăn`ədə), independent nation (2001 pop. 30,007,094), 3,851,787 sq mi (9,976,128 sq km), N North America. Canada occupies all of North America N of the United States (and E of Alaska) except for Greenland and the French islands of in 1989 after more than 10 years in senior
financial positions in the manufacturing sector in that country. In
1991, he was named Vice President and General Manager of Hoover Canada.
He moved to Hoover's Hoover's, Inc. is a business research company that has provided information on U.S. and foreign companies and industries since 1990. Since 1993, the company has made its information available on its website www.hoovers.com. U.S. operation in 1995 as Director of Business
Planning and Financial Analysis. He was named Vice President of Finance
at Hoover in 1996.
