Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa has nominated Olga Garay as general manager of the Department of Cultural Affairs and Rafael Lopez as executive director of the Commission for Children, Youth and Their Families for Los Angeles.

manager of the Department of Cultural Affairs and Rafael Lopez as
executive director of the Commission for Children, Youth and Their

producer and performing arts consultant. Lopez was the interim executive
director of the CCYF CCYF Center for Children, Youth, and Families (Auburn University, Alabama) of Los Angeles since August 2006 and before that,
the deputy director for the CCYF of San Francisco.
