Maximum Dynamics, Inc. Announces Strategic Partnership with eDegree.

CAPE TOWN, South Africa -- Maximum Dynamics, Inc. (OTCBB: MXDY) announced today that it has entered into a contractual agreement with eDegree, a subsidiary of E-Riverbend Holdings and provider of online higher education solution.

Maximum is a projects management and back office services company with subsidiaries focused on mobile logistics, mobile commerce and other technology solutions. The Company's goal is to dedicate over 30% of its resources, revenue and people to helping other people around the world. It is doing this by stimulating commerce and providing meaningful business development to undeveloped communities by using profits obtained from operations in its high end business sectors.

eDegree's use of cutting-edge technology redefines the nature and scope of online learning and provides a new wave of interactive and specialized online learning methods. By recognizing the potential of e-learning in the mid-nineties and subsequently acquiring the necessary expertise, eDegree has become a major player in the South African market and has also secured itself as an international leader in the field of online education.

The majority shareholder of eDegree is Johnnic Pty Ltd, a South African public company with a market capitalization of two billion Rand. Their involvement provides eDegree with access to the extensive resources of one of South Africa's leading black empowerment companies. Johnnic also provides a range of customized content and services to support lifelong learning.

PricewaterhouseCoopers, which operates in 150 countries, has a direct shareholding in eDegree. Through this alliance, eDegree has gained access to the global resources and experience of PwC, which ensures that eDegree complies with international best practice standards.

eDegree is currently supplying and actively managing the delivery of online education and training in collaboration with educational institutions to more than 4,000 students on four continents. In addition to its head office in Johannesburg, South Africa, eDegree has and is establishing a host of international campuses.

Through its partnership with Maximum, eDegree will have its first campus in the Western Province of South Africa by utilizing Maximum's facilities and resources currently available in its education and training center. Maximum's center is situated in its Global Operations Center in Cape Town, South Africa and has work stations with desktop and laptop computers as well as 24 hour internet access. In return, Maximum will have a platform on which to launch its adult education programs and rudimentary education courses. Maximum will also have access to the full range of eDegree courses on offer and will generate revenue through the administration of those courses.

The facilities available at the center will enable potential students, who do not currently have access to the internet, to enroll in the eDegree online course of their choice and use the center as a base for their studies. All administration done by Maximum with regard to courses, including student enquiries and the issuing of study materials, will take place at the training center. Maximum will also provide student assistance through online discussions, online chats, face-to-face sessions with lecturers, exam venues and invigilators for examination purposes.
