The lead may have a corporation or business associated with the person(s). ; automatic routing and escalation of customer service cases to an appropriate agent; automatic distribution of company information and marketing materials to prospects, customers and business partners; and automatic generation and distribution of Crystal Reports, so reports can be scheduled at a specific time or when triggered by the occurrence of a monitored event.
