Schlumberger log analysis indicates an Escondido pay zone between 6630-6696 feet (66 feet net pay). Based on the log analysis, this well appears to be similar to the Cooke No. 3 well. 4.5 inch production casing is being run in the well today. Once the service rig arrives on site, the operator, Bayshore Exploration LLC advises that the well will be completed and put on production utilizing the existing facilities. Bayshore has informed the Corporation that the drilling of three additional wells will commence in April 2006. The Corporation's working interest is 9.5% in approximately 8840 acres.
