Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. Announces Executive Promotion.

KAHULUI, Hawaii -- Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. (AMEX:MLP), announced today that Karin Sagar has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing for Kapalua Land Company, Ltd. (KLC), a wholly owned, principal subsidiary of the ML&P. Mrs. Sagar was previously Director of Marketing for KLC.

Mrs. Sagar has been with Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. since 1994, when she joined Kapalua Land Company, Ltd. as Account Manager in the Marketing Department. In her new role she will be heading the marketing department for KLC, which supports Kapalua Resort and KLC Community Development activities.
