:RX) today announced that Matthew L. Friedman has been appointed Vice President & Treasurer, effective immediately.

Friedman will report to J. Michal Conaway, IMS (1) See IP Multimedia Subsystem.

Friedman, 41, joined Dun & Bradstreet in 1984 from Chase Manhattan Bank The Chase Manhattan Bank, now part of JPMorgan Chase, was formed by the merger of the Chase National Bank and the Bank of the Manhattan Company in 1955. The bank is headquartered in New York City. , where he served as Assistant Treasurer in the Corporate Industries Sector. He was appointed Assistant Treasurer of Cognizant Corporation upon the trivestiture, and named Interim Treasurer in August 1997.
