Matrix VP named to ULI post.Richard F.X. Johnson, senior vice president, development and partner at Matrix Development Group has been named chair of the northern New Jersey District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI ULI Underwriters Laboratories Inc. Johnson joined Matrix Development Group in 1990 and is currently involved with all office and mixed-use projects within the company's portfolio, with emphasis on urban development and redevelopment opportunities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania Pennsylvania (pĕnsəlvā`nyə), one of the Middle Atlantic states of the United States.
