Masters qualification fails to win financial recognition.

This year my position was scoped at the bottom of the senior nurses' scale. When, along with others, I appealed, the scoped level of my position was raised but the actual rate of pay remained the same! I have since accepted a Sydney-based industry position with a substantial salary increase and prospects for ongoing career development.
