Master seminar series out to produce better brokers.October October: see month. 4 marked the kick-off of the 2005-06 Real Estate Master's Seminar Series, co-sponsored by Jeffrey Appel of Preferred Empire Mortgage Company and Eileen Spinola and the Real Estate Board of New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of . This six part seminar series is the latest in the ongoing effort by both of the sponsors to advance comprehensive education within the industry. The goal of this series was to create a venue that would promote peer fraternization frat·er·nize intr.v. frat·er·nized, frat·er·niz·ing, frat·er·niz·es 1. To associate with others in a brotherly or congenial way. 2. and clearly present relevant and current market information from leading industry professionals. The format of these events begins with a 30 minute "meet and greet" followed by an hour long panel discussion and then wraps up with a 30 minute segment that allows attendees to ask questions of the panel.
