Massey Mas·sey   , (Charles) Vincent 1887-1967.

Canadian politician who served as high commissioner for Canada in Great Britain (1935-1946) and as governor-general (1952-1959).

* The sale of a four-story walk-up building with both commercial and residential units at 2024 Second Avenue in Northern Manhattan was sold for $2,300,000. It contains approximately 7,300 s/f over seven residential units (three free market, five fully renovated) and two commercial units. R8A/C1-5 zoning allows for approximately 4,416 s/f of additional air rights. Partner Shimon Shkury exclusively represented the seller.

* The sale of a 30-feet-wide retail/ commercial building at 37-60 82nd Street in the Jackson Jackson.

1 City (1990 pop. 37,446), seat of Jackson co., S Mich., on the Grand River; inc. 1857. It is an industrial and commercial center in a farm region.
 Heights section of Queens for $5,500,000. The building contains approximately 10,800s/f. Broker Swain Weiner exclusively represented the seller. The property was purchased by a Queens owner/user.
