Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the following transactions:

* The sale of a seven-piece apartment building portfolio in Queens, N.Y. for $57 million. The buildings include 40-15, 40-25, 40-35, 40-25 Hampton St., 84-49 and 85-05 Elmhurst Ave. and 45-35 44th St. Thomas Donovan, executive director of Massey Knakal, and Robert Knakal, chairman, represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of 47-47 46th St., a three-story, 4,500 s/f building in Queens, N.Y. for $390,000. Massey Knakal represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of 79-49 Myrtle Ave., a one-story, 3,200 s/f commercial building in Queens, N.Y., for $750,000. Thomas Donovan represented the seller in the transaction. Queens Central Realty represented the buyer;

* The sale of 839 Prospect Ave., a one-story retail taxpayer building in the Bronx, for $1.325 million. Marco Lala, managing director of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction.
