Massey Knakal Realty Services announced that Marisol Marisol (Marisol Escobar) (măr`ĭsŏl' āskō`bär), 1930–, Venezuelan-American sculptor, b. Paris. Marisol was first influenced by pre-Columbian sculpture and South American folk art. She is noted for her large, satirical, wooden figure groups; these place her within the pop art movement. Colon has joined the firm as an executive assistant to chief operating officer Tim King in the firm's Brooklyn office.
Prior to joining Massey Knakal, Colon served as an administrative assistant with the specialty services department of Edelman Public Relations.
Colon holds a B.A. from the State University of New York.
