The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency is the Agency that coordinates Federal, State, local and private resources throughout the Commonwealth during times of disasters and  (MEMA) to allow First Responders to rapidly decontaminate victims of a Weapons of Mass Destruction Weapons that are capable of a high order of destruction and/or of being used in such a manner as to destroy large numbers of people. Weapons of mass destruction can be high explosives or nuclear, biological, chemical, and radiological weapons, but exclude the means of transporting or  attack, such as a nuclear, biological, or chemical weapon. Massachusetts is one of the first states to develop a statewide program for the decontamination of its citizens.

The pre-installed fabric shower nozzles (Pat.Pend.) and the Patented TVI one piece articulating frame shelter combine to create one of the most rapid deployable and rugged decontamination systems available.
