The movie screening was prefaced by a presentation of show-stopping awards to top selling brokers at the Orion development on 42nd Street and 9th Avenue. In the biggest surprise of the evening, brokers Michael Gordon of the Corcoran Group and Young Yoon of MET Realty, were each given a new Maserati Quattroporte with chauffeur services for one year.
