MARTINELLI'S MIMOSA
2 ounces Martinelli's Sparkling Cider
2 ounces orange juice
1/2 lemon
Sugar the rim of a champagne glass, pour ingredients in and garnish
with a twist.

GINGER CIDER FIZZ
3 ounces chilled Martinelli's Cider or Apple Juice
3 ounces apricot nectar
2 ounces club soda
1/2 teaspoon finely minced crystallized ginger
1 dash grenadine
red and green apple slices for garnish
Pour Cider, nectar, club soda and ginger into a goblet with ice and
mix well. Drizzle in grenadine. Garnish with apple slices. Serves 1.
SPARKLING APPLE-GRAPE PUNCH
1 bottle (25.4 oz.) Martinelli's Sparkling Apple-Grape
1 cup peach or apricot nectar
1 juice orange, halved and thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh or frozen sweetened sliced strawberries
Chill Sparkling Apple-Grape. If using fresh strawberries, place slices
in bowl and sprinkle with sugar to draw out juices. Combine nectar,
citrus slices and strawberries in punch bowl or pitcher, stirring to
mix flavors. Chill until ready to serve. Pour in Apple-Grape and stir
to blend. Serve with ice block, ring or cubes. Makes 5 cups before ice
is added. Makes 10 servings.
ACAPULCO SUNSET
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup chopped seeded papaya
1 ounce lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar (optional)
10 ounces Martinelli's Sparkling Cider
In blender combine sliced strawberries, papaya, lime juice, sugar and
Sparkling Cider. Whirl until smooth and well blended. Pour over
crushed ice in two 10- to 12-ounce glasses; garnish rim of each with a
whole strawberry. Serve with straws. Makes 2 drinks.
PINE-APPLE COLADA
4 ounces unsweetened canned coconut milk
5 1/2 ounces chilled Martinelli's Sparkling Cider
juice of 1 lime
2 scoops (about 1/2 cup) pineapple sherbet
pineapple slices or spears, for garnish
In blender combine coconut milk, Sparkling Cider, lime juice and
sherbet. Whirl at high speed until frothy and well combined. Pour into
a stemmed 16-ounce glass and garnish with a pineapple slice. Makes 1
large drink.
MANZANITA
1/2 cup Martinelli's Sparkling Cider
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
Kosher or coarse salt
juice of 1 lime
crushed ice
To prepare 8-10 ounce glass, moisten rim, then dip into salt in a
shallow dish. Let stand a few minutes to set.
In a cocktail shaker, combine orange juice, lime juice and Sparkling
Cider. Shake until frothy. Pour into glass with salted rim over
crushed ice. If desired, sweeten with a pinch of sugar. Makes 1 drink.
PINK PASSION FRAPPE
2 ounces Martinelli's Sparkling Cider
2 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces cranberry juice
whipped cream
Blend with ice and serve in a champagne glass with a dollop of whipped
cream, lime and cherry garnish.

CIDER-SIPPING SANGRIA
2 ounces lime juice
2 tablespoons canned lemonade concentrate
2 tablespoons grenadine
1 bottle of Martinelli's Sparkling Cider
3 or 4 each thin lime and lemon slices
sliced strawberries (optional)
In a 1-liter pitcher combine lime juice, grenadine syrup, canned
lemonade concentrate and Sparkling Cider; stir well. Add ice cubes and
garnish with lime, lemon and strawberry slices. Serves three or four.
MARTINELLI'S SPARKLER
8 ounces Martinelli's Sparkling Cider
2 splashes grenadine
splash of Rose's Lime Juice
Fill highball glass with ice, add ingredients, garnish with cherry and
lemon.
