Martha de la Torre: El Clasificado.


Martha de la Torre is the founder and CEO of the highly awarded publications El Clasificado and Al Borde. El Clasificado is the largest Spanish free weekly magazine in the United States and Al Borde is an alternative entertainment guide for the Latino community. Editorials in El Clasificado include health and parenting advice, a citizenship column, tutorials about technology, a small business help for aspiring Latino entrepreneurs, and role model role model

A person who serves as a model in a particular behavioral or social role for another person to emulate.
 columns providing inspiration to other Latinos in our community.

Martha is also on the board of L.A. County Education Foundation, L.A. Family Housing, L.A. Child Guidance Clinic and Loyola Marymount University's Mexican American Alumni Association. She loves opportunities to speak at community events that inspire Latinos to seek higher education and improve their lives.
