             "Martha Stewart's Baking Handbook."

Why:         This event allows longtime Martha Stewart fans the
             opportunity to meet Ms. Stewart in an intimate bookstore
             setting and get copies of her new book autographed.
             "Martha Stewart's Baking Handbook," a great gift for this
             holiday season, offers insight into the pleasure of
             baking with step-by-step instructions. Martha Stewart is
             currently the host of the nationally syndicated lifestyle
             series, "Martha," and has her own prime time television
             show, "The Apprentice: Martha Stewart." Martha Stewart
             Living Television received the James Beard Foundation
             Award for the "Best National Cooking Segment" in 1998,
             2003 and 2005.

Information: To ensure Ms. Stewart is able to meet all of the fans
             attending this event, no photographs are allowed and she
             will only autograph up to three copies per customer of
             "Martha Stewart's Baking Handbook." When autographing
             copies of her new release, Ms. Stewart will not be able
             to personalize her message. No memorabilia will be
             signed.

             Beginning Friday, Nov. 18 at 8 a.m., wristbands will be
             given out to customers who would like to get a copy of
             the new book autographed by Ms. Stewart. These wristbands
             will be given out on a first come, first served basis to
             the first 300 customers requesting them and will hold
             each person's place in line.
