Mars Inc.

Catherine Woteki, dean of Iowa State University's College of Agriculture, has resigned and taken a position with a national food company. Woteki, who served as dean since January 2002, will become global director of scientific affairs at Mars Inc. in McLean, Va. The company is a privately held, family-owned company that produces confectioneries, food, pet care and other products.
