MUSICAL STORYTELLER Richard Buckner Richard Buckner is an American singer-songwriter born in California; after living in Edmonton, Alberta for a number of years, he currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. A critically-acclaimed artist most often associated with the alternative country movement, Buckner has in recent  will take the stage at Sam Bond's Garage at 9 p.m. Sunday. The husky-voiced country and folk singer-songwriter is touring in support of his latest release, "Impasse," which is his first album of original material in more than four years.
