Marketing Directors lands exclusive for $350m project.


The Marketing Directors, Inc., has been appointed exclusive marketing and sales agent for The Beacon, a $350 million historical redevelopment project that will include a dramatic new luxury residential community on a 14-acre site in Jersey City, says Adrienne Albert, president of The Marketing Directors, Inc.

The largest project of its kind in New Jersey history, The Beacon is sponsored by Metrovest and will transform the former Jersey City Medical Center from a classic Art Deco art deco (ärt dĕkō`; är dākō`, ärt) or art moderne (är môdĕrn`, ärt)  landmark, built in 1936, into a complete community with ten luxury condominium condominium
