Several people in the entertainment industry have been quietly exploring the space. Anfang is not responding to blind calls, but might react to the words, "I saw it in Real Estate Weekly."

It is still unclear how he will market this special residence. Anfang wondered, "How do you market the Hope Diamond among other neighboring jewels? The occupants of this apartment will be the individuals who appreciate the best of loft living," he added.
