A number of apartments around town may provide the optimum tonic for your celestial cravings.

The penthouse of developer Steven Anfang's renowned Soho Building at 110 Green Street is available for renovation and is, he says, the most spectacular space in the city.

"This is the most unique unit below 42nd Street," insisted Anfang.

The building provides a legal joint live/work situation and would be the perfect aerie for an artsy personality with lofty leanings. The space provides a palette of over 5,000 square feet and includes the right to construct another 1,000 square feet on the roof.

This 13th floor unit, destined for some lucky eccentric, tops the highest building in Soho. Because of its location among a sea of smaller properties, it provides 360 degree dazzling sunlit views from the World Trade Center to the Brooklyn Bridge, the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings, as well as sunsets over the Hudson River.

Several people in the entertainment industry have been quietly exploring the space. Anfang is not responding to blind calls, but might react to the words, "I saw it in Real Estate Weekly."

The Corcoran Group is also representing the 57th Floor penthouse at the elegant Trump Palace. This 3,205 square-foot unit has seven rooms, all with 10-foot ceilings. The condominium has four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room, six balconies and 360 degree views of the city, river and park. It has a price-tag of $3.5 million.

Elizabeth Stribling, president of Stribling & Associates is representing a modern tower apartment that has bird's eye views. This 27th floor, seven-room unit at 82nd Street and East End Avenue has city and river views from every room. "You can see the planes land at the airports," she observed. This building was constructed as a co-op and the price tag is $950,000.

Great views are not confined to Manhattan. In Riverdale, Michael Wolfe, president of Midboro Management, is representing an elegant duplex at the three-year old La Rive. This renovated one-of-a kind penthouse duplex has walls of glass that open to a terrace with views stretching from the George Washington to the Tappan Zee. The sky-lit stairwell leads to a master suite with fireplace and jacuzzi and opens to the 1,500 square-foot roof terrace that provides panoramic views. This unit can be yours for a price in the mid-$700,000 range.
