The metalcasting facility of Marion Power Shovel Marion Power Shovel was a Marion, Ohio based manufacturer of earth moving shovels and draglines, mainly used in construction and resource extraction. The company's main product line consisted of bucket mining shovels and dragline mining shovels. , Marion, Ohio Marion is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Marion CountyGR6. The city is located in northern Ohio, approximately 50 miles (80 km) north of Columbus.

The population was 35,318 at the 2000 census.

If the tax reduction is granted, Cando will agree to create 75 jobs by Dec. 31, 2007, with an estimated payroll of $2.3 million.
