Marblehead, Mass., is known as the yachting capitol of the eastern seaboard, so why is the globe and anchor flying over a small park, above, at the water's edge? Retired Marine warrant officer Don Humphreys enlisted local clubs, the Parks Department and other former Marines to donate supplies, sweat and dollars in order to honor Marblehead as the "birthplace birth·place
