Marine Engineering has purchased the assets and equipment of Cosmos, the miniature submarine manufacturer, and will reopen its facilities in February 2007 under the name Cosmos Marine, in Livorno, Italy. Orders have already been received from Colombia for parts and maintenance for its Midget variant.
