Marina Lang is Vice Principal of Curriculum and Instruction at Stephen S. Wise Temple Elementary School elementary school: see school. . The original campus was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. David Starr Jordan was its first president. , Lang obtained her teaching credential A United States teaching credential is a basic multiple or single subject credential obtained upon completion of a bachelor's degree and prescribed professional education requirements.  at Cal State Dominguez Hills and her Master of Education at Harvard University. She has previously taught fourth grade for Teach for America Teach For America (TFA) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to close the academic achievement gap between children from different socio-economic backgrounds.  and fifth and sixth grades for Stephen S. Wise Elementary School.

Lang enjoys improving the lives of children and watching them grow intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. Having worked closely with the community, Lang remains focused on improving the lives of both parents and children. Her devotion to the children, teachers and parents in her community truly makes a difference in their lives.
