Marienne Uszler honored with Frances Clark Keyboard Pedagogy Award.Marienne Uszler is the recipient of the 2004 MTNA-Frances Clark Keyboard Pedagogy Award for the keyboard pedagogy text The Well- Tempered Keyboard Teacher. This book, now in its second edition, reaches well beyond most piano pedagogy texts, including an insightful discourse on learning theory, child development, business practices and a substantial historical overview of keyboard pedagogy and literature. Uszler's career as a piano pedagogue is internationally recognized.
