Former designer and current acidic fashion critic, Mr. Blackwell, has placed Carey at No. 5 (of 10) on his 46th annual list, for her barely-there outfits, according to The Boston Herald. "The world applauds your musical emancipation," Blackwell said of his choice. "But please leave that body to our imagination."

Other celebrities called out by Blackwell include Britney Spears, who landed the top spot for looking like "an over-the-hill Lolita;" "Desperate Houswives"' Eva Longoria for "gorgeous face, garish taste… what a waste;" and Shakira for her “coiffure by Medusa, clothes by the Marquis De Sade."
