The leadership field abounds in gurus, some authentic, some self-proclaimed. Marcus Buckingham has a reputation built on sustained accomplishment.

His attractive, well-designed website has free downloads (audio and print) and an ezine that provide an introduction to and continuing conversation about his strengths-based approach to leading. The site is unabashedly un·a·bashed  
adj.

2. Not concealed or disguised; obvious: unabashed disgust.
 promotional and commercial. It sells all of Buckingham's books and a video series. (I didn't see any tee shirts.)

Recommendation

You can learn something about Buckingham's leadership principles by browsing See browse.  his site.
