Marcus & Millichap completes planning for law firm's South American office.


Baker & McKenzie, the world's largest law firm, launched a new concept in facilities within the international law sector. In hiring Marcus & Millichap of New York New York, state, United States

Enrique Lerner, Marcus & Millichap's Caracas partner, worked with Stephen A. Higbee, vice president and project director for the New York office of this nationwide firm. Higbee organized a program which would allow for consensus of all members in the partnership. This was the key element. Marcus & Millichap had been assigned the task due to their intricate and well focused analyses of the firm's business, financial, and location needs on a cost and image basis.
