Marci Skeahan, chief operating officer of T. Skeahan oversees the operations of T. Weiss Realty's eight office properties on Long Island. Responsible for the office and maintenance staff, leasing, tenant relations and finances, she has also been instrumental in the development of TWR's latest and most ambitious project to date, the 133,050 square foot Melville Corporate Center III. Skeahan is a member of the board of the International Facilities Managers Association, serving as treasurer for the past two years and before that as president of the organization. She is also a member of the board of the Long Island Chapter of the Building and Owners Management Association, a member of the Long Island Chapter of CoreNet Global and of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island.
