Maoists violence in Jharkhand, Orissa on second day of shutdown.

Ranchi, Aug 25 (ANI): Maoists burnt down four trucks and injured one security person here on Tuesday on the second day of the shutdown, declared by them in five states.

Police officials believe that the attack was basically targeted against them.

"Around 12 in the night, our patrolling party was moving on the road. There were some trucks ahead of us, which they burnt. Basically, they were targeting police," said Anup T Mathew, Superintendent of Police.
