MISys, working with the Intuit Developer Network, developed MISys Small Business Manufacturing (MISys SBM), as a .NET developed manufacturing system that works by tracking the manufacturing activities and preparing manufacturing sub-ledger journal entries that update the financials in QuickBooks accounting software. By communicating directly with QuickBooks accounting, time-consuming and error-prone exporting and importing is eliminated.

MISys SBM is designed specifically for manufacturing firms with up to 50 employees that comprise 20 percent of the customers who buy off-the-shelf accounting software. By integrating with QuickBooks 2006, MISys SBM helps small companies meet their important financial needs.
