A call for development proposals has been issued.

Access Transcona will integrate the delivery of services, including primary health care, community mental health, home care, employment and income assistance, employment services for persons with disabilities and other children's special services. It is a partnership between Manitoba Health Manitoba Health is an agency of the Government of Manitoba. It is overseen by the Minister of Health, and provides information on various aspects of health care in Manitoba, Canada. , Manitoba Family Services and Housing and the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) is the governing body for healthcare regulation in an area of the Canadian province of Manitoba. Established in December 1999, the WRHA is one of 12 Regional Health Authorities in Manitoba responsible for coordinating health services in . The $3 million cost will be shared by the federal and provincial governments.
