W. P. Carey & Co. announced the election of Anne R. Coolidge as president of Corporate Property Associates 15, the firm's new real estate investment trust.

Coolidge currently serves as a key member of the firm's acquisition team. She joined the firm in 1993 as an assistant to the chairman and has progressed to the title of executive director.

Coolidge received an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University's graduate school of business.

The Kalian Companies and Spectrum/Skanska announced that Gail Fischer has been named sales manager for Encore Monroe, an active adult community in Monroe, N.J. which is being developed as a joint venture by the two firms.

Fischer is a 16-year veteran of residential real estate. Prior to joining Encore Monroe, she was sales manager for Diversified Properties.

Fischer has also worked as a sales associate at prominent realty offices such as Century 21 and Weichert Realtors.
