ManTech selected for U.S. Air Force LANTIRN support equipment upgrade production.

ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT), a provider of innovative technologies and solutions focused on mission-critical national security programs for the intelligence community, the Department of Defense and other federal government customers, announced recently that the U. S. Air Force awarded ManTech Test Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of ManTech International Corporation, a contract for the development, production and support of equipment used in the testing and maintenance of the Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN) weapons system Line Replaceable Units (LRUs).

The contract option, valued at approximately $14 million, was awarded to ManTech as a subcontractor to Technical and Management Services Corporation (TAMSCO), a Maryland-based corporation which provides telecommunications and information technology services; integrated logistics services; systems integration; and electronics manufacturing. The award was made to the TAMSCO/ManTech team under the Flexible Acquisition and Sustainment Tool (FAST) contract. As a member of the TAMSCO FAST Team, ManTech Test Systems provides Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) design, development and production services. The production contract will provide ATE systems that will be fielded at 19 locations around the world.
