ManTech Awarded $27.7 Million Technical Services Contract from the U.S. Army to Support Property Management in Afghanistan.

FAIRFAX, Va. -- ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT), a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions focused on mission-critical national security programs for the Intelligence Community and the Departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security, Justice and other U.S. federal government customers, announced today that it has been awarded a $27.7M contract from the U.S. Army Field Support Command to support the Afghanistan Property Accountability program.

The competitively awarded contract is for one year, with four, one-year options. ManTech will provide in-depth technical services for property program management which has become critical as the conflict in Afghanistan continues; maintenance of automated records inventories; accountability for property requests, returns, and adjustments; evaluation of property usage; and validation of existing and new property worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
