Man arrested after pickup truck crashes.LEICESTER - A Warren man was arrested early yesterday morning after his pickup truck went off the road and struck several trees. Jason F. "If the officers on patrol had not located this accident and then conducted a thorough search of the area, we might have had a much different outcome to this incident," Police Chief James J. Hurley said. "In my opinion, the actions of the local and state officers saved this young man from succumbing to the elements and freezing to death."
