Mamma.Com-The Mother of All Search Engines, Releases Free Toolbar and Explorer Bar to Facilitate Users to Search the Web More Efficiently.

MONTREAL -- Mamma.com Inc., (the "Company"), (NASDAQ: MAMA) announced today that it released two new search products; a search toolbar application and an Explorer bar which are both designed to facilitate searchers to find information more easily on the Internet. Both products were developed in partnership with Visicom Media Inc. and are available for download at:

Mamma.com's free search toolbar allows users to search the Internet from any web page, blocks pop-ups, and highlights search terms on any web page. Mamma.com's Explorer Bar permits users to organize and save searches by allowing users to assign results from a Mamma.com results page into the Explorer Bar. Users can then surf through this list in the Explorer Bar without losing the original results page. Search results may also be saved for later viewing in organized folders, or can be added into Internet Explorer's favorites folder.
