Mamma Mia, its Streep.

MERYL Streep is to star in the big screen version of the hit musical Mamma Mia.

The Oscar-winning actress will play the part of feisty single mum Donna.

Mamma Mia is based on the music of Swedish group Abba and is one of the most successful stage musicals.
