Malvern Instruments acquires Bohlin.
Headquartered in Malvern, UK, Malvern Instruments, manufacturer of
laboratory-based and in-process systems for particle characterization,
recently acquired Bohlin Instruments, Ltd., Cirencester, UK. Bohlin is a
developer and manufacturer of rheology measurement systems.
Bohlin's managing director, Richard Hall, has joined Malvern
Instrument's board and will lead the company's rheology team.
According to Mr. Hall, Malvern will develop and expand Bohlin's
position in the rheology marketplace worldwide.
