Mall Call: Hager Pacific Properties has sold the 860,000-square-foot Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza (BHCP) opened in November 1947 in Los Angeles, California as the Broadway-Crenshaw Center with 550,000 square feet (51,000 m²) and 13 acres of parking.  for about $136 million to Capri Capital Advisors LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
