Joining Lenz and Kunen in the top ten of individual award winners was executive vice president Jan Hashey, whose sales achievement in 2004 placed her at #10 among all Prudential agents in the United States and abroad. Prudential Douglas Elliman as a company ranked #3 out of 1,800 offices in the entire Prudential Real Estate Network in the United States and Canada. Individual office honors included Prudential Douglas Elliman's Manhattan East Side flagship office, headed by Steven James, which took home the #1 ranking in the Prudential Network, and the firm's Manhattan West Side office, headed by Jeffrey Rothstein, was awarded the #9 ranking for all Prudential affiliates.
