Makhteshim Agan of North America (MANA), New York, promotes Kathy Bayers to national sales manager. Bayers will have responsibility for managing all sales activity and national accounts throughout the United States. She joined MANA in 1999 with product stewardship responsibilities for Captan[R] insecticide. Prior to joining Makhteshim Agan, Bayers was employed by the Gowan Company, where she was responsible for distributor accounts in the mid-South and Southeast. She also worked for Hoechst-Roussell Agri-Vet (now Aventis) for seven years in marketing and sales positions.
