Makeup artist locates a permanent clientele. (The Briefing).


JEFFERY Lyle Segal, a makeup technician for television, film and photography, has cut a swath with cosmetic tattoos. A veteran makeup artist, Segal has taken his knowledge of makeup design and applied it as an intra-dermal technician, leaving a permanent mark on the eyes, lips and bodies of local clients for more than 20 years. His practice now has offices in Chicago, as well his base of Beverly Hills Beverly Hills, city (1990 pop. 31,971), Los Angeles co., S Calif., completely surrounded by the city of Los Angeles; inc. 1914. The largely residential city is home to many motion-picture and television personalities. .

"In a typical work week I see between 10 and 20 people, and I charge roughly $500 per patient. Procedures usually cost between $400 and $700 depending on the location of the practice, experience of the technician and what services the client needs.
